Furniture checklist

Consider the following criteria when choosing furniture:

• Strong, functional, durable;
• Stable, round corners;
• Non-toxic; does not give off or gives off little odor!
• For starters, you need a bed, a diaper-changing table and, if possible, a wardrobe;
• Practicality: furniture with multiple uses, such as a children’s bed that can be turned into a table;
• Saliva-resistant, non-toxic paints and varnishes;
• Prefer timber to plastic and the compressed sawdust board.
